With over twenty years of dedicated service in the Migrant Education Program, my career has been marked by a profound commitment to identifying and supporting migrant students. For nearly two decades, I served as a State Recruiter for the Georgia Department of Education. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the field.
My journey progressed as a Project Specialist for the Identification and Recruitment Consortium (IDRC), where I focused on strategic planning and building essential partnerships with agribusinesses and farms. This role not only honed my skills in identification and recruitment but also reinforced my dedication to ensuring every migrant student has access to quality education.
I am a versatile individual who has expanded my impact across various states, working as an MEP consultant, lead recruiter for sweep projects, re-interviewer, and trainer.
Driven by my passion for enhancing educational opportunities for migrant students, I am committed to leveraging my extensive background in identification and recruitment to support states in achieving their identification and recruitment goals.
